Inventive Consulting Group Ltd ("ICG," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. When you complete our quote/contact form or email us, we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, company, email address, phone number, and the project details you describe. When you book a consultation, our scheduling provider collects the details you enter to arrange the meeting.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) in server logs for security and to keep the site running. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics profiling cookies on this site.

- To respond to your inquiry and prepare a scope and quote;
- To provide, and communicate with you about, engineering services you engage us for;
- To keep business and project records as required for our professional practice; and
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
We rely on your consent — given when you submit the form or contact us — as the basis for using the information for these purposes.
3. Service providers
We use a small number of third-party services to run this site and communicate with you. These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to deliver their service:
- Form delivery — quote/contact form submissions are transmitted through FormSubmit to reach our inbox at info@icg-canada.ca.
- Consultation booking — consult scheduling is handled by Calendly.
- Hosting & web fonts — the site is served via Cloudflare and uses Google Fonts to render type.
Each provider maintains its own privacy policy. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
4. Disclosure
We disclose personal information only to the service providers above, to professional or legal advisors where necessary, or where required or permitted by law (for example, a lawful request from a regulator such as the Professional Engineers of Ontario, or a court order).
5. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and to meet the record-keeping and liability requirements of professional engineering practice, after which it is securely deleted or de-identified.

Under PIPEDA you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our continued use of it (subject to legal or professional record-keeping obligations).
