These terms govern your use of icg-canada.ca (the "site"), operated by Inventive Consulting Group Ltd ("ICG," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. No engineering advice — no reliance
The content on this website is general information only and is not engineering advice. Engineering opinions, designs, calculations, and certifications are provided only under a signed agreement and are valid only as sealed by a licensed Professional Engineer for the specific project and jurisdiction.
Nothing on this site creates a client relationship, and you may not rely on any website content — including descriptions of services, past work, code references, or turnaround times — as a professional opinion applicable to your project. Code and standard references on this site are illustrative and may not reflect the edition or amendments adopted by your authority having jurisdiction.
2. Professional services
Any engineering services ICG provides are governed exclusively by a separate written engagement agreement between you and ICG. In the event of any conflict between these terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement governs the services it covers.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, and layout — is owned by or licensed to ICG and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not copy, republish, or use the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
4. Third-party links and services
The site may link to or use third-party services (for example, scheduling and form-delivery providers). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
5. No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We may change or remove content at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ICG is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content. Liability for professional engineering services is addressed solely in the applicable signed engagement agreement.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and the courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the site.
8. Changes
We may revise these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
